GWI has, and will continue to assist special districts, municipalities, and other qualified entities and organizations develop and submit grant applications to the Colorado Water Conservation Board in pursuit of funds under the Office of Water Conservation’s Water Efficiency Grant Program. These funds can be used to develop water conservation plans, implement approved water conservation plans, and for qualifying organizations, conduct education and research focused on promoting and improving local and regional water use efficiency.
